1. The service

Albion Pet is a digital planning tool. It generates mealtime station layouts, accessory checklists and clean-down notes, and it may suggest ordinary feeding accessories. It is not a pet food retailer and does not provide nutrition, dietary, veterinary, medical or food-safety advice.

2. Not professional advice

The boards and suggestions are general organisational ideas only. They do not replace advice from a qualified veterinary or other professional. You remain responsible for your pet's care and for how you arrange your space.

3. Accounts and credits

• You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
• Board credits are consumed when you generate a board and are governed by your chosen plan.
• We may update plans and credit allowances; material changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Payments

Online payment is being connected. While checkout shows payment provider pending, no charges are taken. When payment is enabled, applicable prices, taxes and terms will be shown before you confirm any order.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse the service.
• Do not submit unlawful or infringing content through our forms.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its content and imagery are owned by ALBION PET FOODS LTD or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the planning tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
