This page covers how ordinary feeding accessories are delivered and returned once accessory ordering is live.
1. Where we ship
We plan to deliver accessories within the United Kingdom. Delivery areas and any international options will be confirmed at checkout when ordering opens.
2. Processing and delivery times
- Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days.
- Standard UK delivery is expected to take 3–5 working days.
- You will receive tracking details by email where available.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where they apply, will be shown before you confirm an order. While checkout shows payment provider pending, no orders are charged or dispatched.
4. Returns
- You may return unused accessories in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Email support@albionpet.shop to start a return and we will share the return address and steps.
- Once we receive and check the item, any refund is handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If an accessory arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
